How to Read This Page

This page does not repeat 1King's full contract from start to finish. Instead, we picked the 6 most commonly asked points. Each item has two parts. A short summary comes first. Then its everyday meaning is explained. All other clauses are governed by the current full text. This includes account termination terms and liability limits.

Clause 1 — Operator and License

Summary: The party operating the platform is referred to only as "the Company" throughout the document. Operations run under Curaçao Gaming Authority regulation. A separate license number is [not stated].

What this means: You won't find a legal entity name or license number on the site. This information is not shared right now. The jurisdiction is Curaçao. A dispute is first handled under this framework.

Clause 2 — One Account Rule

Summary: Each player may hold only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person can be detected. These accounts can be merged or closed.

What this means: Opening a second account breaks the rule. Using a different email doesn't change that. This rule prevents re-entering the same bonus twice.

Clause 3 — Bonus Wagering Requirement

Summary: Every bonus carries its own wagering requirement. Validity period and entry conditions vary too. A fixed wagering rate is not published in this document.

What this means: A line like "the standard wagering is x30" doesn't exist here. The rate changes by campaign. The one reliable source is the promotions page or the current rate shown at registration.

Clause 5 — Complaints Process

Summary: Complaints must be filed within a specific timeframe. Only the registered account holder can file one. Complaints made on someone else's behalf are not reviewed.

What this means: A relative cannot file a complaint on your behalf. You must submit it yourself. The process starts with the support team first. If unresolved, it can move to the relevant mechanism.

Clause 6 — Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

Summary: Confirmed methods are bank card and cryptocurrency. Transactions run in Turkish Lira.

What this means: Even if the payment page shows other options, only these two are guaranteed. A withdrawal happens only after identity verification (KYC) is complete. It returns only through the method used for the deposit.
